If your order has not been shipped, you can change your shipping address through our customer service by email
Orders take 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, it takes USPS 5-7 business days to deliver. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number.
We understand that you may have concerns about your purchase, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your candle. We accept returns for damaged items only. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will issue a refund or exchange as soon as we receive the damaged product.
